Please note when booking your appointment:

  • Bridal Appointments: Please enter the bride’s information only. If you are booking on behalf of the bride, DO NOT use your own contact details.

  • Mother of the Occasion Appointments: Please enter the mother’s information only.

  • Accessories Appointments: Please enter the bride’s information only.

This helps us prepare properly and ensures all communication goes to the right person.

 

 

Appointment Cancellations

Please note that a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask for your understanding that this fee is non-refundable. If you don’t cancel with 48 hours notice there is a $50 cancellation fee for regular appointments and a $100 fee for no-show appointments.

 

Trunk Show Appointments

Trunk show appointments have an event fee of $50. Please note there is limited quantity for these type of appointments so booking early is important.
