Yes. Even if you are just picking something up or want to browse, we need to know you are coming to prepare things for you!

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the salon. We cannot accommodate strollers, and the salon is not equipped to care for children. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for all of our brides, and we have seen that crying babies and running toddlers can be distracting and ruin a bride's memorable day. Our main concern is the safety hazards for children in the salon, such as loose pins, hard surfaces, falling mannequins, and damaged merchandise. Additionally, we know that expecting a small child to be quiet and sit still for over an hour is unreasonable and would not be fun for them at all. We ask that this Child Safety Policy be communicated to anyone who is invited to your appointment, and we appreciate your understanding!

  1. Your bridal appointment is scheduled for 1.5 hours for regular appointments and 3 hours for Blue Carpet Private appointments
  2. We do not allow children under the age of 12 in the boutique.
  3. Our guest limit is 1- 4 plus the bride. If you would like to bring more guests, please click here for more information.
  4. To protect our merchandise, no food or drink is allowed in showroom.
  5. Panties are required to try on dresses. Bring an unpadded regular underwire bra too. (for accurate measuring when you say “YES”)

Our wedding dresses are priced from $2000 to $13,000 (with just a very few under $2000) and our in store wedding collection from size 8 through 12. We can special order dresses in size 00-28.

Yes and no. At your appointment, your stylist will pull dresses for you and/or allow you to browse...which ever makes your experience more relaxing and efficient. In order for all of our brides to enjoy their day, we ask that your guests stay seated.

Wedding dresses can take up to 7 months to come in. Accessories, bridesmaids and mothers dresses can take up to 4 months. If your wedding is happening sooner than that, there are other options such as rushing an order or buying a dress from our collection….your stylist will know exactly what will work for you.

No, you will select a size based on your body measurements according to the designer's standard size chart provided when you are ready to place your order on the gown you have selected. If you fall in between sizes, always order the larger size. It is easier to take a gown in rather than let it out. Alterations may be necessary after you receive your gown, which are an additional charge as mentioned BELOW. Gowns ordered Made to Measure will also need alterations are an additional charge.

Yes, we have in-house seamstresses. However, there is an additional charge that is determined by the seamstress at the time of your custom fitting. You are not required to use our seamstresses, but we are known for our fit and innovative bustles. They are available for fittings for our brides and their wedding parties on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s by appointment only! WE DO NOT TAKE FITTINGS ON SATURDAY’S. Our seamstress needs up to 10 weeks to complete your alterations. If you need alterations done in a shorter time frame if applicable we might be able to do a rush which would have to be approved by the seamstress. This service will incur an extra charge of $150 and up. We do NOT alter gowns not purchased from J. J. Kelly Bridal.

Due to the personal nature of our merchandise, all wedding gowns, mother of the occasion dresses, headpieces, veils, and accessories are non-returnable. All sales are final.

Yes! We welcome you to take photos. We ask that you wait until you have narrowed down your selection to 3 favorite gowns before you take pictures. Typically have back-to-back appointments and very much appreciate your cooperation.

It's a collection of dresses or accessories that we don't have in our inventory and is sent to us for a limited period of time. Basically, it's more dresses and there are usually special incentives from the designers during the show too!

J. J. Kelly Bridal appreciates the service our military, veteran, and National Guard brides do for our country to keep it safe. Show your military I.D. to receive a 10% discount on any regular priced gown. This discount cannot be paired with other promotions or discounts offered.

Bring it back to us. We can send it out to be cleaned and preserved so you can keep it forever!
